What is the standard of care for osteoporosis?

Calcium, vitamin D, weight bearing exercise, and fall prevention; oral or intravenous bisphosphonates first line for most patients; denosumab as an alternative; anabolic agents (teriparatide, abaloparatide, romosozumab) first for very high fracture risk, followed by an antiresorptive to keep the gain.
