Do these terms apply to me?

Yes, if you use the site, the agent, the API, or the datasets. By using them you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use PeptideAgent. "PeptideAgent", "we", and "us" mean the organization that runs the site. The medical disclaimer is part of these terms.

Is PeptideAgent medical advice?

No. PeptideAgent is an educational reference that summarizes published studies and public regulatory records. Nothing on the site, including agent answers, is medical, legal, or financial advice, a diagnosis, or a prescription, and using it does not create a provider-patient relationship with PeptideAgent or with any listed provider. Talk to a licensed provider before starting, stopping, or combining any treatment.

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number now. Do not rely on this site in an emergency.

Who can use the site?

You must be 18 or older to use PeptideAgent. By using it, you confirm that you are.

What are the rules for using it?

Use PeptideAgent lawfully and fairly. You agree not to:

• Use the site, the API, or the data for anything unlawful.
• Try to disrupt, overload, or break into the site or its systems, or get around security measures such as clinician verification.
• Evade rate limits, for example by rotating IP addresses or sharing API keys.
• Scrape or crawl the site or the API faster than the published API limit of 60 requests a minute per IP address. The full datasets are free to download instead.
• Submit false information, or someone else's, in a form, or pose as a clinician or a provider.
• Present PeptideAgent content as medical advice, or suggest that PeptideAgent endorses you or your product.

We may block requests or restrict access that breaks these rules.

How reliable are the agent's answers?

The agent composes every answer from the cited records in our database; no AI model writes any part of it. Answers can still be incomplete, out of date, or wrong, and the agent can misread a question. Check the cited sources and confirm anything that matters with a licensed provider. The agent does not give doses beyond published literature ranges and does not recommend sellers. The methodology explains how records are graded and verified.

Who owns the content, and how can I reuse it?

PeptideAgent owns the site and its content, including the text, design, and graphics, which are protected by copyright. You may quote and cite pages with a link to the page.

The open datasets on the data page, the quarterly report data files, and responses from the public API are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International license (CC BY 4.0). You may share and adapt them for any purpose, including commercially, as long as you give appropriate credit, link to the license, indicate if changes were made, and do not suggest that PeptideAgent endorses you or your use. Required attribution, or an equivalent that names the source and links it:

For licensed material, the license's legal code controls where it differs from these terms. Studies, government documents, and other sources we cite belong to their owners.

What does a directory listing mean?

A listing means the provider passed our verification checklist on the date shown. It is a checklist result, not an endorsement, a referral, or a guarantee of care, price, or quality, and licenses can change after we check. Confirm a provider's license yourself before you pay. Sponsored listings are labeled Sponsored, pass the same checklist, and rank after unsponsored verified listings. Any care you receive is between you and the provider.

How are affiliate and sponsored links handled?

Affiliate placements are turned off today. If they are switched on, every affiliate link and sponsored placement is labeled, we may earn a commission when you buy through one, and the destination site sets its own terms. Sponsored placements and commissions never change evidence grades, regulatory statuses, or agent answers. We do not link to or accept advertising from sellers of research-use-only compounds.

What about information I send you?

When you send an application, a contact request, a press request, or an email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it to handle your request, for example to verify a license, pass a contact request to the provider you chose, or answer a journalist. The privacy policy explains how we handle it.

Are you responsible for other websites?

No. PeptideAgent links to studies, government documents, state boards, provider websites, and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

What warranties do you give?

None. PeptideAgent, including the agent, the API, and the datasets, is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or current.

What is PeptideAgent liable for?

To the fullest extent the law allows, PeptideAgent is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site, the agent, the API, the datasets, or a listed provider. Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you, and nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Can these terms change?

Yes. We may update them, and when we do we will change the date at the top. If you keep using PeptideAgent after an update, you accept the updated terms.
