What is the standard of care for advanced prostate cancer?

Risk based management: active surveillance for low risk disease; radical prostatectomy or radiation for localized disease; androgen deprivation therapy with a GnRH agonist or antagonist, combined with an androgen receptor pathway inhibitor or docetaxel, for advanced disease; bone health and cardiometabolic monitoring during therapy.
