What gets logged
A correction records the original statement, corrected statement, reason, affected pages, correction date, and the source used to verify the change.

What is not hidden
Substantive errors are not silently rewritten. Formatting, spelling, and non-material clarity edits may be updated without a formal correction entry.

Status changes
A new approval, label, trial result, safety notice, or WADA update is a dated source change. It is distinguished from an error in the earlier snapshot.

Current intake A public correction inbox is not yet active. PeptideAgent will not publish a placeholder address; the real monitored channel will be added when ownership and retention processes are ready.
